Submission Guidelines
We are not currently accepting manuscripts of poetry,
fiction, creative nonfiction, review, or opinion. When submissions are open,
no honorarium is currently offered due to lack of funding.
The preferred format is Rich Text Format (.rtf), single-spaced. For poetry,
you would include 2-5 poems, or one long poem, and we respond within one month.
By submitting, you certify that: the work is your own and that you are the sole copyright holder; you authorize Starving Arts Literary Magazine to publish the work electronically for an indefinite period of time, and to republish it in print anthology form at any time in the future. You retain all rights beyond those aforementioned.
